Try Bodega Norton Privada 2005; a blend of Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Wine. I had mine with a 14 oz. fillet in a small diner in Amsterdam. Along with the fillet I had a wonderfully grilled mushrooms in soy sauce and honey.
